LEADERSHIP PROFILE:

Linda Tuck Chapman, President, brings over 15 years experience as a senior leader in Sourcing and Procurement. Prior to leading ONTALA’s team of expert advisors, she progressed into increasingly senior corporate executive roles.

As interim CEO, Linda built the business case and secured a $35 million government grant. She successfully launched the most comprehensive public sector eMarketplace globally, supporting 116 institutions and over $4 billion in spend.

As SVP and Chief Sourcing Officer of U.S.’s 10th largest bank, Linda designed and led a best-practices Strategic Sourcing organization, responsible for over $1.7 billion in spend. Linda and her team implemented an e-procurement solution, established a vendor management risk governance program, outsourced over 1000 FTE offshore, and reduced the bank's expenses by over $250 million.

As V.P. Strategic Sourcing of Canada’s most international bank, Linda built and led an international Centre of Excellence serving 53 countries, reduced the bank’s expenses by over $200 million and advised the bank's senior leadership on best practices in global sourcing.

As Managing Director, Strategic Sourcing of a Canadian bank with significant U.S. operations, Linda built a Centre of Competence, delivered best practices in Sourcing and supply chain management, and reduced the bank's expenses by over $150 million.
